I went to Cala'n Forcat in 2003 and after reading the reviews for our accommodation (Las Yucas) we weren't looking forward to it! When we got there, the apartments were terrible and we thought 'Oh no, we're going to be on holidays from hell'. Once we'd been there a few days though and we'd cleaned up, it was OK.

We hit the beach a lot. It mostly took a half an hour walk down to Cala'n Blanes beach though because the one we were recommended was dead and full of cigarette ends!

We went self catering so we tried a lot of the restaurants. I definitley recommend 'Sa Caldereta' (the pink one). We loved the bars in the square just five minutes walk away from apartments. There was something for everyone! There are lots of good places to go but just ask your rep because there might be new things now!

Was a good holiday though and I'd definitely return!

We have visited Cala'n Forcat three times and believe we have found the best place to eat. It is situated on the opposite side of the road to the Binimar - 'The Forum'! The food has always been excellent and very reasonable! The service friendly and efficient. We are returning again next year and I am already looking forward to two weeks of excellent food. If you are visiting this part of the island, you must give this restaurant a try and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
