This resort is divided into two, with the old Catalan-style architecture in the north and more modern tourist developments towards the south, especially along the beach. The resort centre offers larger stores and boutiques and there are many pine trees and areas of greenery, as well as a garden with park benches and trees along the se front and a botanical garden on the headland.
