The resort of Santa Susana is found on the Maresme coast in the northern Spanish region of Cataluna.
The old town has retained its narrow cobbled streets, historical buildings and monuments which hide behind the modern resort that has developed over the past few decades with its shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The resort is especially popular with families.

There are loads of places to eat out nice and cheaply, so if you get a chance, please do so. The food is 100 per cent nicely cooked and there is a lot of English food, as well as their own. Ten out of ten.

After our first stay in Santa Susanna in May 2007, we absolutely wanted to return to this beautiful town and kind people. It is also a perfect place for disabled people, in that they here can travel everywhere without problems.
This town is for us a good base for day trips around and after our second tay here in September 2008, we again are planning our third stay to be later this year.
For us 'Vikings', the temperatures are more pleasant in spring or autumn. We really are looking forward to our next trip here.
