We have been to Santa Eulalia many times to visit and twice to stay in the resort. We love the charm of the back streets, the little hippy market and the walk along the seafront. The marina is a great place to wander and gaze at the boats. The ferries are always easy to use to visit other parts of the island. Ibiza town by ferry is a sight not to miss.

We love Ibiza, it can be really quiet and restful if you pick the right place. If you go to Santa Eulalia, don't miss the ice cream parlour on the corner near the ferry stop. My favourite place to visit is the church high up on the hill; it looks like Clint Eastwood will appear from the gateway there. Go there and enjoy!

The food here is just what you need to hit the spot. The tea is the best in the area and the coffee is superb. Don and Rosie are the perfect friendly hosts. A must visit place.

We found this gem on our last night. If we had found it earlier, it would have been every night as the Euro food served every where was not up to much and expensive.

Run by two sisters with recipes from their mother and homeland, the dishes were out of this world, selecting dishes on a mix and match basis. I have never seen onion bhajis that shape before. I don't eat meat so the selection was wonderful, as was the very good brandy at the end of the meal. Well done, Fawzi and Anar. Keep it up.

Review title: "An Absolute Must!"
Travel date: June 2007
Just returned from Santa Eulalia and had a great time! Lots and lots of nice restaurants so you kind of think you will eat at a different one every night. However I ate at 'Bollywood' three times because it is quite simply serving some of the nicest food I have ever tasted. It is run by two sisters and each of them are very friendly but more importantly incredible cooks. The downside is that the menu is very limited but a lot of effort clearly goes in to getting the recipes just right and the cooks are indeed perfectionists.

The plus side is that not only is it serving the best food its also serving the cheapest! I am sure that may change with time as they are a fairly new establishment. The Mexican place next door also served good food although nothing incredible. I would not recommend visiting the 'Balti House' as we found it very expensive and if the chefs cooking the food there really are chefs from Bradford they should be ashamed. Bradford's chefs are known for serving the finest Indian cuisine! I somehow doubt the 'Balti House' at Santa Eulalia will earn the same reputation!

The Mexican food at Murphy's Bar was brilliant and the owner was very friendly. He chatted to us a lot. The food was the best I ever tasted. I would definately eat there again. The food might be a bit spicy for kids, mine wasn't and the food comes in large servings.

Review title: "All Your Favourite British Groceries & More"
Travel date: June 2007
We have just been to Santa Eulalia for two weeks and if there is one place I suggest you visit while you are there that would have to be the 'White island' corner shop as they say 'all your favourite British groceries and more' on their sign. They have fresh sandwiches to takeaway made with English bread with various fillings, including corned beef, and hot' Pukka' pies to takeaway. They also stock 'Weight Watchers', 'Quorn'/vegetarian and gluten and wheat free products.

So whether you are full board, half board or self catering there is always something you´ll find that you want. Plus the couple that own and run the shop are the most pleasant people you will ever meet and will direct you to the best places to eat, shop and have a good holiday.
