Flora & Ora Playa Aparthotels

"Superb Accomodation"

Now what can one say about Puerto Pollensa, other than, I don't really think too many would like it, other than me, so go elsewhere, only joking this is my idea of "Paradise".
Puerto Pollensa may not suit everyone, but in my opinion once you have visited it, you will never visit anywhere else on the island of Majorca.
We have had three visits to Puerto Pollensa, during which we stayed on two consecutive years in the Flora Aparthotel. Ah Pedro, Felix, names you will remember for the rest of your life, these people are so obliging. Even the year of the coach drivers' strike, management offered us our room back, if we could not get our flights. I cannot praise the Flora enough, I just adore all the staff, from management to maid service, they are all gems. We have just returned 12 days ago from a two week stay in the Ora Playa Apartments. Again, one could not go wrong. Aprtments were kept spotless, maid service something else, ours could not have been paid enough, even though she insisted on making the bed after I had made it!!!!!!!!!! Aghhhhhh, but everything had to be exact perfection with our maid. She was 100 per cent trustworthy and very obliging. I could not praise her enough.
I would thoroughly recommend either of the above two apart hotels to anyone considering a holiday in Puerto Pollensa. 75 metres to the beach, an evening stroll after dinner to one of the magnificent restaurants, of which, yep, I'm sadly advertising, but Nacienta, not to be missed. Service and courtesy mean a lot and this is what you will receive in Nacienta. Food, well just lets say the pounds piled on. Temptious menu, service I would rate as 11 out of 10, something else believe me. A case of once you have been you are inclined to go back as you know you will get great food and service.
Puerto Pollensa Beach, views of the backdrop of hills are nothing short of breathtaking. Then one has to go on a daily or nightly stroll along the beautiful Marina. From parents with a young family, now not families with teenagers !!!!!!!!!!!!,(honestly not much for them) to elderly, or as myself
travelling with an adult son with learning difficulties, I can only say you will be treated with the uttermost respect, should it be in a four star Hotel to the Market.
I have my reservation, ready to click for, next year, yep sadly its once again Puerto Pollensa for me. DV.
From I only wish I was back.

Coral Bar

"Family Affair"

My husband and I have been visiting Puerto Pollensa for over 15 years. There are many excellent restaurants and bars to choose from and we have enjoyed many. Our all time favourite still remains the Coral Bar which is a family run restaurant located just off the Pine Walk.
You are greeted by the lovely Anna or sometimes her brother-in-law Pedro. They take time out to make you feel welcome and have a friendly word for everyone even although the restaurant is always busy. They have excellent staff and Anna's husband Geordie can be found behind the bar. All the family can be seen working there from time to time; Mama still pops in to see everything is as it should be. The biggest secret about the Coral and don't share it with everyone, is the 'rack of lamb' and not forgetting Mama's famous aliola!
See you July!
