La Línea de La Concepción (usually known as La Línea) is a resort in the province of Cadiz in Andalucia. It borders the British overseas territory of Gibraltar. Many of its people (known in Spanish as 'linenses' or 'piojosos' (fleas)) have traditionally found work in Gibraltar, although this was adversely affected by the closure of the border between 1969 and 1982. Since the border was fully reopened in 1985, many Gibraltarians now live in La Línea, where the property prices and the cost of living are much lower.

La Linea has a long seafront, comprising two beaches, Playa de Santa Barbara and Playa de Levante. There is also a smaller beach close to Gibraltar. The resort offers a variety of cuisine and there are many bars and restaurants in the area.
