The three key TRH Tirant Playa Apartments are situated some 1,000 metres from the beach in Playa de Fornells, on the north coast of Menorca.
The accommodation, at the TRH Tirant Playa complex, comprises 90 apartments, each having a fully equipped bathroom, a lounge, a kitchenette and a balcony. Each apartment is equipped with a ceiling fan, heating, satellite television, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box.
The facilities, at the apartments, include a buffet restaurant, a coffee bar, a luggage room, laundry service, currency exchange, a shop and 24 hour reception. There is a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace and a children's pool. A programme of entertainment is provided and there are shops and restaurants near to the apartments. Please note that there are many steps around the apartments.
Board basis available at these apartments is self catering, bed and breakfast, half board or room only.

Spacious clean rooms, good clean pool, despite all the bad reviews about the food (spanish) we found it perfectly acceptable considering the price paid for half board.
Beautiful location with views across bay. Not many Brits here apart from the daily incomers. Beach is fine and uncrowded if you go past the first and worst section. Would happily go to the TRH Tirant Playa again, but don't expect wild night life.

Poor standard of accommodation. Stayed half board and food was dire - cold, lacked variety, breakfast there was only one four slice toaster that broke and was not replaced, again poor quality and variety of food.
Rooms were very average. Ceiling fan in only one room and very uncomfortable at night time with the heat. Maid service non existant.
Save your money and book villa in the area. Also most days people staying at private apartments/villas came and used hotel facilities which meant at times residents of the Tirant Playa were without sun loungers.
