The two key Cocosol Bungalows are situated in Nuevo Horizonte, some 2,000 metres from the beach at Caleta de Fuste, on the east coast of Fuerteventura, approximately eight kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation at the Cocosol complex comprises 99 single storey bungalows set in mature gardens, each having a bedroom, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a lounge/dining room, and a private garden. They are equipped with a rental safety deposit box and pay to view satellite television.

The facilities at the bungalows include a restaurant, a disco bar, a pool bar, a snack bar, self service laundry, a mini market and currency exchange. There is a swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, and a children's paddling pool and play area. Some entertainment is provided. There are a number of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants near to the complex.
