The one key Puerto Principe Apartments are situated on the hillside, overlooking the bay, some 300 metres from the beach and 1,000 metres from the centre of Puerto Rico, on the south western coast of Gran Canaria, and about 50 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Puerto Principe complex, comprises 13 apartments on four floors, each apartment sleeping up to three adults and having a private bathroom and shower, a balcony or terrace, a kitchenette, and a lounge with a sofa bed. The apartments are equipped with pay to view satellite television, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities at the apartments include a swimming pool (surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols), a bar, a luggage room and currency exchange. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of the resort.
