Stayed there with my wife and child recently. The room was reasonably spacious and clean, and even though we had dragged a travel cot along, they managed to provide a cot for us. The bathroom and shower facilities were great too.

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was amazing - a very large buffet selection to cater for all nationalities and tastes - top marks there. Dining and waiter service was excellent too, and we found the staff very friendly.

Nice pool although we didn't use it much. The entertainment was pretty poor though and tended to cater for the 80% or so German guests staying at the hotel, but there are so many other places to go in the evening anyway that there is not much point in staying in the hotel all the time.

It's also very handy for the beach (one minute) and the bus terminal (literally round the corner) to Puerto de Mogan and other nice places. All in all a very pleasant stay there, and I would not hesitate to return.

We stayed at the Continental in the October half term. We found the hotel was clean and the food was nice. I didn't see the breakfast but the evening meal was nice and a variety each night. Entertainment each night catered for the Germans so we used to go to the Kasbah centre each evening. You can walk in ten minutes or get a taxi for two euros from the bus rank across the road.

The Yumbo centre is worth going to for shopping and the Aquapark for a day out. Also, a two hour boat trip to see the dolphins out at sea. Would stay at the Continental again.
