The three star Abad Toledo Hotel opened in 2003 after the careful restoration of an old smithy from 1815. This hotel is inside the walled city of Toledo and is next to Plaza Zocodover, surrounded by the most emblematic monuments of the city such as Puerta del Sol and Puerta de Bisagra. In addition, there are views overlooking the meadows off the Tagus River.

The Abad Toledo offers 22 rooms, all of which are different. They have been restored with the original fittings such as beams, wooden coffering and brick walls. Room facilities include central heating, air conditioning, safety deposit box, satellite television, internet access, bathroom, hair dryer and radio.

Facilities at the hotel include a coffee shop, garage, photocopying and fax service. The hotel has a meeting room and facilities for all kinds of events, meetings and presentations with capacity for up to 32 people.
