This Riu aparthotel is a seven storey building and shares facilities with the Riu Papayas Hotel. Set in 3,500 square metres of gardens, the Riu Flamingo offers guests a lounge bar, card games room and reading area, television area, non-smoking restaurant, hairdresser and shops (boutique, souvenirs, mini-market) and internet access. Other facilities include a swimming pool that is heated in winter and which has a children's section, lounge chairs, cabins, sun umbrellas and towels by the pool, sun terrace, pool snack bar and children's playground. The aparthotel serves a buffet breakfast (at the Riu Papayas) which includes wholemeal products and on the spot cooking stations. Lunch is taken as a light meal at the pool snack bar and dinner (at the Riu Papayas) consists of a cold and warm starters buffet, main course buffet and 'on the spot' dishes, as well as a dessert buffet. Vegetarian dishes are available. Once a week there is a special theme night. Entertainment facilities offered by the Riu Flamingo include table tennis, hard-surface tennis court, pool and table football. Entertainment is provided in the Riu Papayas in the form of live music or shows (several times a week) and the DJ's music selection (twice a week).

The Riu Flamingo has 203 apartments, each with a bathroom, telephone, central air conditioning, kitchen, satellite television, music channel, safety deposit box (at an extra charge) balcony, one or two bedrooms and living room with sofa bed. Studios have a living room and bedroom combined. There is a daily cleaning and towel change, with bed linen changed twice a week.
