"Hotel Virgen del Mar - Questionable"

Not to be trusted. I booked directly through Virgen del Mar's own website, where they had a ?web offer' advertised. I booked online, but did not receive an email confirmation. I then rang the hotel to confirm the booking and they said although they hadn't received my email they would make the reservation for me.
When I checked out of the hotel after staying the weekend, they charged me ?46 more than I was expecting. They said the ?offer' had expired the day before. This was not pointed out to me at any time prior, nor was it mentioned on their website. I was told to pay in full, and to ring the director to obtain a refund the next day. Since then I have spoken to three employees at the hotel who refuse to put me through to the director. They keep relaying messages back and forth, and have admitted that their website is incorrect, but refuse to refund me.
In addition, they charged £4 per day for undercover parking (they quoted in pounds, not euros) which was another unexpected cost.
