The two key Mirador Apartments complex is made terraced houses with four rooms and three floors. The apartments are located in the tourist part of San Juan de Los Terreros, just a few metres from the resort centre. It is just half a kilometre to the beach.

The apartments have a bathroom, lounge-dining room, satellite television, internet access, air conditioning, central heating, kitchen with washing machine, microwave and freezer and a terrace or the balcony with views of the sea and mountains.

The Mirador complex has a swimming pool with children's area, shower and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.In the main building there is an internet terminal, a bar and air conditioned restaurant with area for non smokers.
