The accommodation, at the Nautilus, comprises 148 double rooms, 16 single rooms and four suites, each having a private bathroom, and a balcony or terrace, with sea view. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box. The rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily and the bed linen is changed twice per week.

The facilities, at the hotel, include a buffet restaurant, a salon bar, conference rooms, laundry service, internet access, a luggage room and currency exchange. There is a swimming pool, and a children's pool, surrounded by sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols, and a pool bar. A programme of daytime and evening entertainment is provided, including a mini club for younger children, and guests can take part in various sports and activities including learning to dive at a diving school, in the hotel. There are many clubs, shops, bars and restaurants in the San Antonio Bay area and in San Antonio town. Please note, the Hotel is open from May until October.
