The accommodation, at the Multipropiedad complex, comprises 160 apartments, each having a full bathroom and kitchenette, and being equipped with satellite television, direct dial telephone and a safety deposit box. The apartments are cleaned daily, except for the kitchen, and towels are changed mid week.

The facilities, at the apartments, includes a restaurant, a bar/café, 24 hour room service and a ski store. Garage space is available to rent. This is basic accommodation suitable only for the budget traveller.
