The three key Monte del Mar Aparthotel is situated some 250 metres from the beach, about one and a half kilometres north of Jandia, eight kilometres from the fishing village of Morro Jable and 20 kilometres south of the Costa Calma, on the south eastern coast of Fuerteventura, and about 65 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Monte del Mar, comprises 80 studios and apartments, each having a private bathroom with a hair dryer, an American kitchen and a terrace or balcony. All the apartments are equipped with pay to view satellite television, a telephone and a rental security box.

The facilities, at the aparthotel, include an a la carte restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, a mini market, laundry service, luggage room and currency exchange. There are a number of sporting facilities, shops, bars and restaurants in the area.
