The Marina Park complex consists of three zones with a total extension of 50,000 square metres of green areas and gardens. From most areas of the Marina Park, guests can enjoy views of the north coast of Menorca. The aparthotel's facilities include a restaurant, a snack bar, lounge with bar, pool and piano bar, a medical centre, conference room and an amphitheatre. There are also three swimming pools. Near the complex there are supermarkets, tennis courts, a nine hole golf course and the port of Addaya.

All the apartments in the aparthotel are air-conditioned and have a safety deposit box, telephone and satellite television. The lounge has sofa beds and a terrace or balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The apartments have either one, two or three double bedrooms with an additional bathroom. All the villas have three double bedrooms, two terraces and each has its own small swimming pool.
