The Miami Park has 102 rooms - 63 studios and 39 apartments. The studios are for two or four people. There are four studios with bathrooms for the disabled. Each studio has views of the swimming pool, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with two beds, sofa-bed, balcony (on the fourth floor, each room has a big terrace) air conditioning, satellite television and a safety deposit box. Apartments are for two to six people and have views of the street. They offer the same facilities as the studios.

Facilities include a coffee bar, bar, buffet restaurant with show cooking, television room, pool tables, swimming pool, sun terrace, children's pool and a mini club. The aparthotel offers guests a daily entertainment programme organised by the aparthotel's entertainers.
