The accommodation at the Montemar complex comprises 114 apartments, each having a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning or ceiling fan, pay to view satellite television, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box. The apartments are cleaned five times, towels are changed three times each week and the bed linen is changed once weekly.

The facilities at the apartments include an a la carte restaurant, a lounge bar, laundry, mini market and currency exchange. There is a swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols, a pool bar serving snacks, and a gym, sauna and jacuzzi. A programme of entertainment is provided, with a mini club for the younger children. Guests can take part in various activities and sports, such as football, volleyball, pool or tennis.
