The two star Cenit Hotel is situated on a hilltop overlooking Figueretas, some 250 metres from the beach, and about eight kilometres from the airport, on the south east coast of Ibiza.

The accommodation, at the gay friendly Cenit, comprises 63 apartments and 55 studios, each having a private bathroom, and a balcony or terrace. The studios only have shower in the bathroom, and have a kitchenette and a sofa bed. The apartments are equipped with a telephone, pay to view satellite television, a rental mini bar and a rental safety deposit box. The apartments and studios are cleaned daily, the towels changed three times and the bed linen changed once per week.

The facilities, at the hotel, include a restaurant serving breakfast only, a snack bar, a television lounge, a poolside snack bar, and a swimming pool with a sun terrace giving views of the coastline and beaches. There is a supermarket, shops and banks nearby. Due to the steepness of the hill, up to the hotel, it is not suitable for those with mobility problems.
