The accommodation, at the Caleta del Mar, comprises 47 studios and eight apartments, each having a bathroom, a kitchenette, a lounge with sofa bed, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments have a separate bedroom. The apartments and studios are equipped with pay to view satellite television, a telephone and a rental security box.

The facilities, at the apartments, include an a la carte restaurant/Irish bar, a pool bar, laundry service and currency exchange. There is a swimming pool, and a children's pool, surrounded by sun terraces, with sun beds and parasols, a gym, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. Some entertainment is provided, including live music or shows six times each week. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
