The three star El Castillo de Monda Hotel is situated in the Sierra de las Nieves Mountains, overlooking the typical whitewashed houses of Monda. The historic building that houses the hotel was completely renovated in 1995 and is very close to the centre of town.

The hotel can accommodate 55 guests in 26 rooms, of which there are 24 doubles and two singles. Three of the rooms have a lounge and six have a terrace. All rooms have central heating and air conditioning, bathroom with hair dryer, telephone and television. The rooms are decorated in a classic style with wooden beams, canopy beds in the luxury rooms and antique furnishings restored to their original state on marble and terracotta floors.

Facilities at the El Castillo de Monda include a lift, outdoor parking, library, function room with capacity for 30 people, conference room with capacity for 45 people, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool and garden terrace. The hotel also offers a dining room and bar-café, as well as a restaurant which offers dishes made with local products, accompanied by wines from Spanish wineries.
