The accommodation, at the Guayarmina complex, comprises 11 apartments, each having a private bathroom and shower, a bedroom (or two bed rooms), a kitchenette, a lounge with sofa bed, a balcony or terrace and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities at the apartments include a swimming pool, and a children's pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a cafeteria. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of Puerto Rico. Due to the hilly nature of the situation of the apartments, they may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
