The eight storey Helios Benidorm Hotel is located in the heart of Benidorm, only 350 metres from Playa de Levante and six kilometres from the theme park 'Terra Mítica'.
The hotel has 18 single rooms and 265 double rooms, all with telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box, air-conditioning, central heating and furnished balcony.
The Helios Benidorm features a buffet restaurant serving international cuisine, bar serving cocktails and cold drinks and having a television, television lounge, reception area, lounge, seating area behind decorated glass panels and garden bar with stage for evening entertainment. The hotel also has a rectangular pool (heated in winter) in a glass enclosure with a retractable plastic roof. There is a sun terrace with loungers and gardens with lawn and palms surrounded by hedges. In addition, there is a children's pool and play area, shops and hairdresser. Regular evening entertainment includes live music and shows.
Board basis available at this hotel is half board or full board.

If you are looking for great food, good service and clean accommodation in a central location, you can do no better than the Helios. Very close to all amenities - five minutes to beach and five minutes from the 'square' with a bus stop and taxi rank right outside the hotel.
Comfortable rooms, air conditioned (May - September)and excellent maid service. Lifts to all floors. Large bar and reception area with comfortable seating. Medium sized pool in conservatory type building - the roof slides back in hot weather, also small children's pool and separate play area. Wi-fi area and internet access.
We were on full board basis and the food was very, very good with a wide variety of tasty dishes. I particularly enjoyed the English breakfast with cereals and fresh fruit juice, coffee and tea plus a wide range of different meals available including all types of vegetables and rice dishes plus a wide range of salad. Fresh fruit, ice cream yoghurt plus home made style deserts were delicious.
Some late night street noise from the unruly drunk British, but after all this is Benidorm! Felt more like a four star than a three star.
