The three star Masplaya Hotel is situated in a residential area of Fuengirola, just a few metres from the Las Gaviotas beach.
The hotel has 108 air conditioned and centrally heated bedrooms, 104 double rooms and four single rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom with hair dryer, terrace or balcony, telephone and television.
Facilities at the Masplaya include a lift, garden-terrace, swimming pool, souvenir shops, disco, hairdressers, games room, table tennis, tennis and paddle tennis court, as well as archery. The hotel has designated smoking areas. The Masplaya also has a bar-cafeteria. Other meals can be taken at the Fuengirola Hotel which is located nearby.
Board basis available at this hotel is bed and breakfast or half board.

We booked our holiday through the net - two adults and two kids (nine and three), although, not finding any reviews on the hotel, we were apprehensive about the hotel.
When we arrived the gentleman on reception was most helpful and during our stay all the staff were very helpful, possibly with the exception of one or two staff in the dining room. They had our room prepared with the extra beds for the kids, which were made each day and towels changed every day. It was a short walk 100 metres to the beach across the road or you could have access by using the subway. We stayed mostly at the pool under shade as it was extremely hot and we had a 'blondie' three year old. They seemed to be prepared for wheelchair users as they had ramps where necessary. I would recommend the Masplaya hotel.
