The Sol Timor complex provides 341 apartments and studios, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), two tennis courts, buffet-restaurant, coffee shop, snack-bar, supermarket, souvenir shops and hairdresser. The hotel also provides a cyber café. The restaurant serves a hot and cold buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also provides an à la carte menu in the restaurant/cafeteria. During the summer months (May-September), guests may also enjoy a beach restaurant, offering a variety of salads, warm menus and desserts as well as the traditional 'paella' rice dish and in the evenings, a barbecue grill serving meats, fish and seafood. The supermarket opens seven days a week from 09.00 to 21.00 hours.

The Sol Timor complex offers an entertainment programme with a range of activities for adults and children of all ages. Every evening, there are professional shows in the lounge bar and also performances and fun organised by the hotel entertainment team. During the day, adults can try their hand at a choice of sports and activities including things like pistol shooting, darts and bowls. In summer, there is a mini-club for the children and special children's shows put on twice a week.
