The three key Oasis Royal Apartments are situated some 600 metres from the beach, 500 metres from the centre of Corralejo, and 50 metres from the new water park, on the northern tip of Fuerteventura, about 50 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation at the Oasis Royal complex comprises 113 one, two or three bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom, a lounge area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with pay to view television and a rental security box. They are cleaned five times a week, towels changed three times each week and the bed linen changed once weekly.

The facilities, at the apartments, many of which are found in the nearby Oasis Duna Aparthotel, include an a la carte restaurant, a cafe and a pub, a mini market, a luggage room, internet access and currency exchange. There are three fresh water swimming pools, and a children's pool, surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, set in gardens, and with a poolside snack bar. There are also two children's parks with swings and activities. Entertainment is provided by the tour operators, not the hotel. Guests can take part in various sports and activities, such as table tennis, tennis, volleyball and basketball. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
