I would definitely not recommend this hotel. We had to leave two days early because of it. It does not have 24 hour reception - the reception is never manned and you will be lucky to find someone around at all! The rooms are uncomfortable, cold (heating not working) and no kettle.
The beds are fold down beds and they are wardrobes which turn into beds. Limited bedding is available. There is no onsite restaurant (nearest restaurant is a 20 minute walk) and no access to the roof terrace.
The hotel is half an hour's drive from airport (not minutes) and the hotel is set on a street very far away from the main street and up a very steep hill. The actual town El Palo is not suitable for holidays or people who do not speak Spanish as you will struggle to communicate.
Nothing is close at hand to the accommodation; it is in a very bad setting. It is not even a hotel; it is apartment block, which is shared with local people who live there, so through the night you will often have your room's doorbell rang by local Spaniards, trying to contact their friends inside.
All in all, I would definitely not recommend it for anyone!
