Just got back from stay at La Palmera with a group of friends and we think it was great hotel. We had full board menu and food was fantastic - you don't have to eat elsewhere.

Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. It's located in centre of city and only two minutes from beach.

The hotel conditions are good and the price you pay is correct, is not expensive. The food is great - they know how to impress you and all.

I am sure in time they will improve the services, because the rest is good.

Just got back from a stay at La Palmera with my husband and we found it a very pleasant hotel. Half board menu was varied daily and catered for most tastes, indeed it seemed to change according to the nationality of the guests in residence. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Room maids couldn't have been more helpful when we requested extra pillows and blankets when the temperature dipped one night.

This hotel was a total let down. There was no animation package as advertised and my children were very disappointed. The hotel locked us out of our room until we paid 70 euros because my children had henna tattoos and it marked the sheets. Not a family hotel.
