The three key Jardin Canario Apartments are situated some 200 metres from the beach and 1,000 metres from the centre of Corralejo, on the northern tip of Fuerteventura, about 40 kilometres from the airport.
The accommodation, at the Jardin Canario complex, comprises 25 single storey bungalow type apartments, each having a bedroom, bathroom with hair dryer, a lounge, a kitchenette and a terrace. The apartments are equipped with pay to view satellite television and a rental security box.
The facilities, at the apartments, include a swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces, with sun beds and parasols, set in gardens, and a pool bar. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

My wife, I and our two teenage children (17 and 18) stayed here in August 2005 for two weeks in comfortable two bed accommodation. The complex lacks a little entertainment, but the barman, Brett, (the Springbok barman) makes you feel very welcome.
The town centre is only a 10-15 minute walk away, full of good bars and restaurants. If you like to party, I would recommend the 'Waikiki Bar', open till 7 a.m, but only once or twice. We can recommend the market, various days and locations. Corralejo is a lively town, but would maybe only visit for a week next time. Would consider splitting a two week holiday between Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. Overall a place well worth a visit, very clean, despite construction.
