The Broncemar Beach, was built in 2001 to give the feel of a small village, with gardens and picturesque squares. The accommodation comprises 252 apartments in two storey buildings, each façade being painted a different colour. There are five apartments adapted for disabled guests. The apartments each have one bedroom, a bathroom, kitchenette, lounge with sofa bed, and a terrace or balcony, and is equipped with a telephone, pay to view satellite television, radio, and a rental safety security box.

The facilities, at the aparthotel, include an a la carte restaurant, a pool bar, and a disco pub. There is a swimming pool and a children's pool, surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, a supermarket, shops and a boutique, a hairdresser, laundry, luggage room, internet access and currency exchange. A programme of daytime and evening entertainment is provided, and guests can play tennis or use the jacuzzi. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the aparthotel.
