The four star Iberostar La Bocayna Park Aparthotel is situated some 600 metres from the Playa de Las Coloradas beach and about 900 metres from the centre of Playa Blanca, on the southern coast of Lanzarote, about 30 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the La Bocayna Park, which was built in 2002/3, comprises 48 hotel rooms and 96 apartments. The apartments have one or two bedrooms, with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, lounge and a balcony or terrace. Each apartment has air conditioning and a safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the aparthotel, include a restaurant (with non smoking area), a pool side bar/snack bar, a swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, a children's pool, a mini market and internet access. Some entertainment is provided. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the main resort centre.
