The four key Iberostar Papagayo Apartments are situated next to the Iberostar Papagayo Hotel, in the Playa de Las Coloradas cove, some 3000 from the Papagayos beaches and 2000 metres from the fishing village, in Playa Blanca ( a bus service is provided to Playa Blanca), on the southern coast of Lanzarote, and about 30 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Iberostar Papagayo complex, comprises 83 apartments, each having a private bathroom/shower, a kitchenette, a lounge with sofa bed, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, television, a hair dryer and a safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the apartments, which are shared with the Iberostar Papagayo Hotel, include a non smoking buffet restaurant, a bar, a pool bar, three swimming pools surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, a squash court, a tennis court, a fitness room with a gym, a wellness centre with sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath, a boutique, internet access and a disco. A programme of entertainment is provided, with a mini club for the younger children.

Board basis available at these apartments is half board or all inclusive.
