The three star Hotel Golden Port Salou is situated some 1000 metres from the beach, and 400 metres from the town centre, in Salou, on the north east coast of Spain, approximately 12 kilometres miles from Reus Airport and 100 kilometres from Barcelona.

The accommodation, at the Golden Port Salou, comprises 324 double and 24 single rooms, plus two junior suites, each having a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating, satellite television, and a rental safety security box. Six rooms are adapted for use by disabled guests.

The facilities, at the hotel, include a buffet restaurant, a bar, a snack bar, conference rooms, reading rooms, a disco and internet access. There is a swimming pool, and a children's pool, surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and loungers, a games room, a gym, an indoor heated pool, a sauna and jacuzzi. A programme of daytime and evening entertainment is provided, and guests can take part in various sports and activities, such as volleyball and mini golf. There are many clubs, bars, restaurants and shops in Salou, and the PortAventura theme park is about one kilometre from the hotel.
