My partner and I have just come back from two weeks at the Duna Beach and had a brilliant time. We booked the holiday one week before going and refused to read any reviews, just in case.

We had a one bedroom bungalow which was perfect. It was spotless, clean towels pretty much everyday and sheets done once, which is standard anyhow. Staff were all so helpful and polite. Recommend it!

What a lovely holiday and the Duna Beach bungalows made it great. A bit too quiet for the kids at times (no activities) but once they made some new friends, we hardly saw them. We did an all inclusive break and the set times for breakfast and dinner were fine (8-10 a.m. and 6-9 p.m.).

It looked like they are in the process of freshening the bungalows up i.e. a lick of paint, new light fittings, mattresses and the gardens were being tended to whilst we were there. Clean bedding and towels and plenty of sunbeds so you don't have to get up too early to put a towel out. We would book here again, maybe even next year!

Have just returned from Duna Beach Bungalows. There were four of us who stayed in a two bedroom bungalow. Although the accommodation was basic, it was spotlessly clean. The staff were so helpful and the complex was very relaxing and quiet. We all agreed we would go back again. It was central to everything and Maspalomas was fantastic. Restaurants great and beautiful beach. Would recommend it - excellent.

Just home and had a brill time in Gran Canaria, made all the better by staying at the Duna Beach Bungalows. The whole complex kept very, very clean, all the management and staff very helpful and always on the ball. Location - it is just in the right place. Overall the Duna Beach Bungalows should be a four star complex.

We have just come back from a second visit to Duna Beach Bungalows, Maspalomas and it was great! The first time we went there (last year) we landed at the airport at about 5pm, picked up our hire car and then set out to find our accommodation. This took us about two hours to find (we were so close at times), and with the help of a map and the police station we found Duna Beach at about 8pm!!! This year was a 'piece of cake' as we knew exactly where we were going.

We have just had another fab holiday at Duna Beach - in fact, we didn't want to come home! We were given the same room as last time which delighted us as it has a lovely view of the pool, the mountains etc. The rooms are very clean. The kitchen area is adequate but could do with an oven. The maid who came in most days was lovely. Our children loved the pools which were very clean. Overall, we thought Duna Beach was great! We will definitely be going back there again!

We booked a late holiday this year and were sent to the Duna Beach apartments in Maspalomas. Included in the price of the holiday was a car which we picked up at the airport. We arrived in Gran Canaria at 10.30pm. Picked our car up at 11.00pm and set off to try and find Duna Beach after paying 20 euros for being a night arrival and leaving a 150 euro deposit for any excess damage. It took us over two hours to find our appartment!!!! It was dark, late and we were driving on the wrong side of the road. We will get a taxi in future!

When we arrived there was no one on reception but we rang the bell and a young man arrived almost straight away. We were given our keys and directions and off we went. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. There was no kettle but otherwise the kitchen was well equiped. The maids came in every day including Sundays and we had clean towels three times in a week. We loved Duna Beach!! The pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds, a bar, a huge swimming pool and two kiddies pools. The staff were friendly and helpful and the small supermarket was well stocked. We had a great time and will be going back again!
