The four star Valle Mar Hotel is situated on the promenade, overlooking the Lago Martianez, in Puerto de La Cruz, on the northern coast of Tenerife and about 24 kilometres from the Los Rodeos Airport.

The accommodation at the five storey Valle Mar, which was renovated in 2002, comprises 171 rooms, each having a private bathroom and shower, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, television, telephone and stereo system. A safety deposit box and mini bar can be rented on arrival.

The facilities at the hotel include a buffet restaurant, a Parisian style café, a garden café, a snack bar and a swimming pool (on the roof). A programme of entertainment is provided, and there are a number of bars, shops and restaurants nearby.
