The Don Paco Castilla Apartments are located just 200 metres from the Playa de Los Pocillos beach in the area of Playa del Carmen. They are close to the resort centre and six kilometres from the airport.

The Don Paco Castilla complex has 373 apartments. One bedroom apartments sleep up to four people and are equipped with a bathroom, kitchenette, living room, a terrace or a balcony, telephone, television and a safety deposit box (at an extra charge). The apartments are cleaned five times the week, bed linen is changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. Two bedroom apartments are also available. It is possible to hire televisions, parasols, irons, washing machines, hair dryers, toasters and radios.

Facilities at the apartments include a buffet restaurant, a la carte restaurant, disco, entertainment programme with mini-club for children with contests, games and songs. During the day the entertainment staff of the hotel provide games and different activities; at night time there are various shows. The complex also features a bar, gift shop, laundry service, meeting rooms, parking, sun terrace, swimming pool and tennis court.
