The three star Hotel Cosmopolita is situated by the beach and 200 metres from the shopping centre of Platja d'Aro, on the Costa Brava, on the north east coast of Spain, about 30 kilometres from Girona Airport, and 110 kilometres from Barcelona Airport.

The accommodation, at the Cosmopolita, which was renovated in 2004, comprises 11 single and 81 double rooms, each having a fully equipped bathroom and 85 rooms having a balcony or terrace. The rooms are equipped with television, a telephone and a safety security box.

The facilities, at the hotel, all the common areas of which are air conditioned/heated, include a restaurant, laundry service, a television room and a garden terrace. Some entertainment is provided twice weekly. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in Platja d'Aro.
