The three key Apartments Midi are situated in the ski resort of Formigal, in the Aragon Pyrenees, some 80 kilometres north of Huesca.

The accommodation, at the Midi complex, comprises 56 studio apartments of different capacities. There are ten studios sleeping two to three persons, 31 sleeping three to four, 12 sleeping five to six, two sleeping eight, and one sleeping ten persons, each studio having a full bathroom, lounge area with sofa bed and a kitchenette, and being equipped with heating and television.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a restaurant, a bar/cafeteria, lifts, television and games room, laundry service, reception and a ski store. There is a sports centre near to the apartments with a swimming pool, open in July and August, with free access to guests of the apartments.
