The accommodation at the two storey Los Naranjos complex, which was renovated in 2003, comprises 64 apartments, each having a private bathroom/shower, a kitchenette, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are all equipped with air conditioning, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities at the apartments include a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, a laundry, a shop and currency exchange. Entertainment is provided occasionally, and guests can play table tennis and pool. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
