All rooms and suites at the hotel have a balcony that looks out to the sea, but there are three different sea views. The standard room has a limited sea view, the deluxe room has a sideways sea view and the diamond room has a front sea view. The suites are laid out in two independent areas. The living room consists of a bar-corner that includes a small refrigerator, three seater sofa and two armchairs. The bedroom has its own balcony. Facing the master bathroom, there is a walk-in closet. The guest toilet can be accessed from the living room. The junior suites have a surface area of at least 80 square metres and are available in two different styles: safari style, which combines cream and brown shades with wildlife patterns or shell style, ochre cream tones mingling with marine features. They boast a Bang & Olufsen television set, which is operated by remote control and which includes a CD player. A walk-in closet/dressing room is located just in front of the bathroom. The royal suite is located in a privileged spot at the very top of the building. Its 150 square metres are divided into two colonial style areas. The living room includes a bar-corner, a lounge furnished with sofas, a coffee table and a designer desk. A double bed occupies a central position in the bedroom. The headrest includes a dressing table fitted within the space between wardrobe and bed. The terrace affords spectacular views over the gardens and Mediterranean coastline. A second terrace located above the suite is equipped with a jacuzzi and beach chairs.
Facilities at the hotel include the 'El Mirador' restaurant that offers Sunday brunch as well as a variety of salads, main courses and home-made desserts, all in buffet style with live music during the week and the 'La Cabaņa del Mar' restaurant which is located by the beach and is an entirely natural wooden structure that has an outdoor terrace fitted with strategically located awnings for protection from the sea breeze. Guests will be served typical Mediterranean cuisine prepared with local products that enable regional specialities to be tasted. 'La Brisa' is an Italian restaurant which serves Italian food with Italian opera to set the mood and a terrace offering alfresco dining along with views of the gardens. 'La Veranda' is located in the hotel lobby and its outdoor terrace offers a view of the whole coast and can be the place for private meetings or for daily snacks. There is also a selection of cake and ice cream available. 'El Terral' is a bar that features background music and a fireplace all winter long. It has a selection of books guests can read while enjoying a drink and snacks. Satellite television complements this bar. There is also a pool bar next to the swimming pool.
The wellness and beauty centre covers 1,000 square metres and the services offered extend from classical facial treatments or energetic face-lifting to cream oil packs, Asiatic massages, Ayurveda treatments and the poly wrap cure for slimming and body forming.
The Kempinski Bahia Estepona has a conference rooms hold 200 persons and all modern technical equipment is available. After crossing the hotelīs shopping mall, guests will encounter the 282 square metre conference room area with large patio doors that open onto the outside in order to provide an alternative entry and/or exit. This area can be divided into two rooms and the two adjacent lobbies are suited for cocktails or receptions.
