The two key Bib Rambla Apartments are in the Edificio Millenium building, built 1999, situated opposite the Palacio de Congresos, with easy access to the centre of Sevilla.

The accommodation, at the Bib Rambla complex, comprises 26 studios and one bedroomed apartments, each having a complete bathroom, lounge with sofa bed, and kitchen, and being equipped with air conditioning and heating, television, internet access and a direct dial telephone.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a cafeteria, reception, internet access, laundry service, a swimming pool (open in the summer months), gardens and parking.
