The three key Florida Plaza Apartments are situated some 300 metres from the Playa Jardin beach and 100 metres from the town centre in Puerto de La Cruz, on the northern coast of Tenerife and about 26 kilometres from the Los Rodeos Airport.

The accommodation at the two storey Florida Plaza complex comprises 132 apartments, each having a private bathroom and shower, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with a telephone, television, piped music and a hair dryer. A safety deposit box can be rented on arrival.
