The three star High Tech Petit Palace Arana Hotel is located on calle Bidebarrieta across from the Arriaga Theatre, on the border between the historic quarter and the suburban development area, or more modern neighbourhood, in the most commercial and central part of Bilbao. Nearby there are connections to transport such as trains, trams and buses, which will take guests to all of the city's most important sites and all of the destinations which you can reach from Bilbao.

This High Tech hotel occupies an emblematic 19th century building, whose façade has balconies of wood and glass which contrast with the modernist design of its rooms. From November 2001 to August 2002, the hotel underwent a total refurbishment. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet, 'Arana' restaurant, coffee shop, snack bar, business centre with internet access, cyber corner located in the lobby and multi function meeting room on the top floor.
