The Villasol hotel was a real pain. 71 steps to beach and back and food not catering at all for English, not even one day for a change. The reception never pass messages on and not helpful at all.

Rooms are a step up from caravanning. Cleanliness poor and smell in bathroom all time. We booked for ten days but only stayed five. We could not get any help to change hotel unless we paid out more money. Holiday from hell.

There are no hair dryers in the room, three (usually five but two had been stolen) are available from reception to use. However, they are never there. People take them from reception but do not return them until the end of their stay. The window in the bathroom was covered in mould and the shower head didn't stay up. The balconies seem a little unsafe. Other than the bathroom, the rooms are clean and beds comfortable.
