I have just came back from staying at the Delfin Park hotel. I liked the hotel. However, there are a few bits about the hotel I didn't like, for example, the fact that you had to get up early to get a sun bed. I think that is really ridiculous. Another example was the food. It was alright but there was not a lot to choose from and I was not impressed with the breakfast either.

The entertainment for the children was really poor. We didn't see any kids' clubs or activities. The pool side itself was fine - a lot of space for all the people who were staying at the hotel. We didn't bother getting a TV remote control or safe key or fridge because they were really too dear. Overall I had a good holiday in Salou and I think I would go back, just not to the Delfin Park hotel .

I visited this hotel with my daughter, her partner and their 19 month daughter. The hotel is very nice, clean and food OK. However, the rental for the safe was quite pricey and, as my daughter needed a fridge for the baby's milk, the cost of hiring this was astronomical. She paid well over a 100 euros for a safe and fridge for 14 days, also 15 euros for the TV remote. She received 45 euros on return of keys and remote.

The children's entertainment consisted of two nights per week a mini disco, not enough in my opinion, and one hour each morning kiddies' club - this was OK.

The pool side bar was never open so we had to go away from the pool area for drinks and snacks. All the pools were very cold - we had expected the kiddies' pool to be warm.

The rooms are very nice, but let down by air conditioning not being on in my daughter's. When we asked at reception for it to be put on, we were told it did not go on until 15 June, although mine and a few others did have working A/C. No amount of asking changed this set answer.

There are three good bars across the road offering nice meals. I would say the Delfin Park is the nearest to the beach of the H10 group of hotels in Salou.

Hotel is in a prime position - a five minute walk to all bars, clubs, restaurants, beaches and ten to 15 minutes walk from the theme park.

The H10 Delfin Park hotel is stunning inside, has really friendly staff and decent food which is always varied. Hotel rooms are spacious and have all your conveniences including a fridge for your comforts. Be sure to get a pool view though as the pool is stunning. I've stayed in this hotel before and have been facing out onto a building.

The H10 Delfin Park hotel is in a great location. Just takes three minutes to walk to the beach. Great pubs nearby. Great holiday.
