The three key Alanda Carib Playa Apartments are a small sister resort to the Alanda Club Marbella. The apartments are half a kilometre from the Alanda Club Marbella complex and 600 metres from the beach. Guests at the Alanda Carib Playa complex can be given membership of the Alanda Club Marbella, enabling them to make full use of the Andalucian style clubhouse and its many facilities.

The Alanda Carib Playa complex has 72 privately owned two bedroom, three bedroom duplex and penthouse apartments, all located around a swimming pool and garden area. All apartments are equipped with a bathroom, lounge with sofa bed, kitchenette, air conditioning, central heating, CD player and terrace.
