The Albayalde complex is a typical Mediterranean village comprising, in total, 116 two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, accommodating up to six people and three bedroom apartments with two bathrooms and shower room, accommodating up to eight people. All apartments have a dining room, kitchen, telephone, satellite television, air conditioning, central heating and a terrace with garden and pools view. Safety deposit boxes are available on request. There is maid service six times a week.

Facilities at the Albayalde complex include gardens, adult and children's swimming pool, tennis and paddle tennis court.
