Review title: "Don't Go There!"
Travel date: October 2008
As the other person wrote, the rating would have been 0, but not possible. The place is by the Danish travel agents rated as a category three with, a la carte buffet and restaurant. This is as far from the truth as you can get. The 'food' is the same day after day and don't worry about burning your self on it, it's cold. Don't think about eating the paella - it's the entire week's leftovers, also the rice, except for the clams.

The staff was uncaring and rude, all but a few of them, and again, only a few spoke English.

The 'cleaning' crew I can't say anything good about, at least not when it comes to the bungalow. They made our beds and that's that. The cockroaches under the sofa and behind the bathroom door were there when we arrived or came in during our week and were still there when we left.

If you have younger kids, think before you go. A couple we spoke with almost daily had two at the ages of almost one and around three. The oldest sat at the breakfast table and said: 'mm, nice sour milk!' The youngest was almost off his bottle when they left home to go on holiday, but during the week he was on the bottle again. It was the only way they were sure he got something to eat.

As Danes we pay as good as the double for two weeks all inclusive, compared to the Brits and the Germans pay a third of what we do. We didn't meet anyone who would say they got what they paid for.

After a week we changed hotels and, boy, was that good! If we had not done that, I'm not sure I would ever go again. It was my first holiday of that type, and darn close to being the last!

As we said to the guide in the new hotel, tear down the kitchen and for that matter, start all over with the Green Sea hotel, it can only get better!

Review title: "Avoid Green Sea Aparthotel!"
Travel date: October 2007
The above rating would be a zero but that option was not available! Staff very unhelpful, arrogant, insensitive and obviously should not be employed in the accommodation business at all. Booked all inclusive and received virtually nothing in return. Food of poor quality and variety (five trays of salad items, five trays of hot food, two types of bread, one variety of lukewarm soup, three fruits, portion of ice cream and condiments, full stop. No snacks and nothing offered more than full board! Drinks were definitely mixed with what tasted like disinfectant - yuck, yuck, yuck - and in between snacks was a tiny piece of sponge cake with tea/coffee between 4.30 and 5.30.

What a joke, the Green Sea doesn't deserve a two star rating. Should not be operating. The most unwelcoming place I've ever stayed in on this board basis. Standards very, very poor, although has great potential to be something.

Review title: "That Excellent Hotel"
Travel date: June 2002
The Green Sea hotel was excellent with very high standards. There is a buffet lunch where the food is of good quality, varying from salads to pizzas. It is a very clean hotel and there are maids who clean your room daily. There are lovely views, especially when you're a top apartment!

There was entertainment during the evening including karaoke night or games night. I would recommend the Green Sea hotel for anyone who was just going on holiday for a relaxing time and an overall great holiday!!!
